Surf Bug in Route 102

| In the first two ponds right when you enter Route 102, if you surf in them and encounter a monster you will not be able to control your character and then you must fly to another town/city and then you can control your character again, it only happends in these two ponds not the other one, I don't know whats wrong lol.
