It seems like alot of pokes even like level 5 ones that aren't supposed to be in the game will break out of ultra balls with just a sliver of health left and its kind of annoying, it took me 41 ultraballs to catch 2 level 6's...Also where can I find regice and the other regi that isn't steel?
